Hi All,

We are doing ADABAS to DB2 migration. We have created NATRUAL programs which will convert all ADABAS data to a format which can be loaded into DB2 tables.

Using these conversion programs we have successfully tested applications ( converted from NATURAL ADABAS --> COBOL DB2) and continue to do.

I want pointers on how to validate data once we migrate all PRODUCTION ADABAS data to DB2 i.e. has all the data migrated ?

One way we know is to use row count , we get ADABAS table row counts and compare with DB2 parent table row counts and should match but I need more pointers to be confident if all data has been migrated.

Regards,
Ashish
