REQUIREMENT (JOB DESCRIPTION) :- A positive work attitude, flexible, and ready to work in any shift. Experience on trouble shooting and debugging the code is must. Sound understanding on COBOL, JCL, DB2, IMS DB / DC, VSAM. Support experience with Client / Support Bridge handling would be an added advantage. Knowledge on the tools File-aid, Changeman, Control-M, Service now will be additional. Should be a quick learner and possess Good Communication skills. 24X7 production support.
