Is there a way to delete a vsam cluster knowing only the .DATA or .INDEX? |

Or are you asking about orphaned elements of a cluster left laying around after someone may have done a delete noscr on the base cluster ? |

Also you can do a DEFINE RECATALOG to get it back to a normal state with the Cluster and components connected. It rebuilds the catalog entry from the VVDS records. |
