Hello fellow Mainframers. Great forum, I have been lurking for a while.
I currently have an active ESCON CTC, we are getting a new zEC12 mainframe that does NOT support ESCON so I am migrating to FICON CTCs.
With the ESCON CTC active between the LPARS (not sure if that matters or not) I attempted to activate my FICON CTCs VTAM members on both LPARS and got a VTAM Nasty Gram!

I see there is a mismatch between XID received and XID sent for the PUs on each LPAR.
So my question is:
What can cause this?
Any info that could lead me in the right Direction would be greatly appreciated. |
