Can anyone give me a link to learn how to code ISPF panels ?

Click the "IBM Manuals" link on top of this page and find "ISPF Dialog Developer's Guide and Reference". You will find required information there.

However, this was already been present everywhere and what we need it just a proactive search before having a new post unless you need something very specific.

Also, take advantage of all of the ISPF Edit Models. They're very useful.
