Submitted by one TSO user on behalf of another TSO user

I need submitted by one TSO user on behalf of another TSO user.
Let my ID is AAAAAAA and another ID is BBBBBBB.

My JOB card is the following
//JOBNAME JOB (),' ',
// COND=(0,NE),
// CLASS=1,
// MSGCLASS=H,
// NOTIFY=AAAAAAA,
// USER=BBBBBBB,PASSWORD=XXXXXXXX

How I can submitted the JOB without PASSWORD parameter?

I have received via ASO READ access to SUBMIT.&RACLNDE.BBBBBBB profile on JESJOBS resource and READ access to &RACLNDE.BBBBBBB.** profile on JESSPOOL resource.
What else I have to do?

nothing to do with JESJOBS JESSPOOL permissions

Are you trying to let other know the submitted job or do you need their authorizatiion to submit the job?

Why not have the other person run the job? Or, if accessing production data, use the scheduler or, if you have a test scheduler, use the test scheduler.

I have created BBBBBBB.SUBMIT profile in SURROGAT resource and got READ access .
It has solved the problem.
