Hi Sir,
While using the SUM function in my unload query the file length is increasing ,while the same query,If i am not using SUM function .Th file length is coming as expected .Please guide what to do
Please note there isn't any problem with the size i.e there are only two rows satisfying the query and sum is coming as 1033.56 |

You have not provided much that can be used to help you . . .
Is there something particularly interesting about 1033.56?
You have not said what size is being generated or what size you want/expect.
Suggest you post the jcl and control statements as well as the informational output created by the run. |

Any questions about what format/length comes out of a particular unload can be solved by looking in the generated SYSPUNCH (if it is not set to dummy). |
