How to check the FTP logs in the Mainframe?

kindly let me know how to check the ftp logs in mainframes when a file is not processed successfully with the data.

How on earth do you expect US to know where your logs are stored ?

If it's batch, the look at the output from the run.

If it isn't batch, go ask someone at your site who knows where the logs go to.

Unless I have misinterpreted your question, which given the amount of information you have provided could very easily be done.
