I have informed my client on the resolution suggested by Alissa.
I shall do provide an update here accorgingly once i get to hear from my Client. Thanks to all for your valuable suggestions and time.

The fix is in the form of a zap, which can be applied to your Syncsort MFX library via SMP/E or non-SMP/E.
