Hi,
Can any one help to sort the below error..
I am trying to prepare report from JCL

try removing the LRECL=185 parameter

Hi,

SYNCORT will workout the correct LRECL.

If you look at your output you will see the LRECL is 186 and not 185.

The extra byte is for the print control character.

Hi,

you can add REMOVECC to the OUTFIL and you will not have the extra byte. ie removes the carriage control character from all the report records.
