Is there any way to determine the users who are using PD tools (Like FA, FM etc)
ie To get the list of users using PD tools |

in general NO ... but as usual it depends
probably yes if the <tools> write their of SMF records
certainly yes if the <tools> use a strict <licensing> approach |
