Hi,
I am trying to highlight a certain section of my map with a particular color keeping the rest of the map as it is. For example the map size is 24x80 , i want a certain section of 10x10 in blue. This 10x10 is not a new pop up screen but a part of the original map. I am not sure how to go about it. I searched about it online and I think we can achieve this using PARTN in DFHMDI but could not find much in detail about it. Also i am not sure if this is the correct approach.
Could anyone help me on this? Please let me know if further clarity is needed with regards to the query.
Regards.

The BMS logic works at the <field> level and only if the 3270 emulator supports the constructs ...
using the proper BMS fields attributes You can assign colors, at the field level
that' s all
and again only if the 3270 sessions is properly configured.
the common consensus has always been to avoid the approach.
BTSTGTTS one customer had to fall back to the standard of normal/hilighted
because of the flood of tickets at the support center complaining about the odd appearance of the screens due to misconfiguration. |
