How to Write and execute a mainframe JOb in Hercules?

Hi All,
Recently I have installed hercules successfully in my PC. But I am unable to write and submit a JCL since I could not find a better document neither in hercules site nor in internet.

So Can you please share any better document to proceed in Hercules.

Logon on TSO and use RPF (a kind of ISPF).

start hercrdr in a cmd window

hercules is just a bare iron emulator,
You will have to provide an operating system
