need to update ACF2 rules !

i need to update the rules file of ACF2 to delegate the RD, WR, ALLOC, EXEC access of all my datasets to project colleagues...

rules file content is something like this...

$KEY(XYZ)
$USERDATA(ENTER ACF2 RULES FOLLOWING THIS LINE)

Pls suggest

What not allow Security Personnel to do this? Messing with ACF2, RACF, Top Secret, etc, could get you fired if you're not authorized.
