hi all,
when i link one module(say B) from A,in B it collects some data and pass the datas to A.but while xpediting,after executing return command in B it is giving ASRA ABEND.
abend code:ASRA
cause :protection Exception
TRAN: CECI
PSW:079D2000 A16B05EE 004004
i got above details in the screen
can anyone help me out with this... |

| For starters, CECI is the Command Interpreter system transaction -- it allows you to directly input EXEC CICS statements on the screen to observe their impact and results. You should not ever, under any circumstances, be using it in your program, nor Xpediting to it. First recommendation: get rid of CECI and put your own transaction in, then see the results. |

Could very well be the commarea-data itself is less than the commarea-length specified.
