I have a file which contains 1,000,000 records and process that file as a input of a program which process this record but due to movement of alpha character in numeric filed abended but actully for compile listing option i note that particular offset but i know the variable name where it passes a wrong record, but some when i search the data it will take so much time to serch particular record . any way where we found exact record easily.
