I think you will have to customize option "F" at ISPF panel for that...

F1 is a CLIST provided along with File-Aid by Compuware. So, if you have got File-Aid at your site, then you have, most likely, got the F1, F2, F31 - F39 CLISTs in your SYSPROC concatenated dataset. They basically invoke the command FADYNALC with the appropriate option and may be used from the DSLIST view to access the File-Aid panels. e.g., F1 for browse, F2 for edit, F31 for option 3.1 and so on.

If you are able to use F1 or F2 to invoke File-Aid from the DSLIST view in ISPF, then you should be able to use F31, F32 etc. They are all CLISTs to invoke File-Aid while you are in the ISPF 3.4 panel. At least we have got these CLISTs from Compuware for File-Aid 8.9.0.

To be sure that you have these CLISTs in your SYSPROC concatenated datasets, try the following.

Type TSO ISRDDN to view the dataset allocation.
Type 'm F1' on the command line, to find the member F1 among the SYSPROC datasets. If you find this, then F31, F32..., F39 should be in the same dataset.

Hope this clears any confusion.
