Experts,

We are facing some issue with file-aid viewer. In our flatfile we have some symbols like [,]. When we view it thru 3.4, we cud see this symbol. But when we view it thru File-aid with the valid field mapping, we cudnt see it.

it says 'INVALID'.

Whatz the reason? Is there any specific system installation issue? Please advise.

If File-AID says invalid, then it probably is icon_smile.gif Verify whether you are really using the correct field mapping.
