Hi,
Is it possible to test the programs inside a catalogued Proceduere thru
Xpeditor?
I know how to debug a job without procs. i.e., jobs having multiple steps and without any instream or catalogued procedures, but not the job having procs inside? |

Hy Bhanu,
you anyway have to convert your job for xped,
if now inline procedures are supported, i do not
know. just try, then you know, this will cost only some
minutes of your life.
it all depends on the clist/rexx which is converting your job.
otherwise contact your local compuware supporter...
regards,

You need to contact your site support group for assistance. If I go into TSO and want to use Xpediter on a job that has PROC executions, the procedures are expanded and I can select individual steps to Xpedite, just as if there were no PROC involved.
This could be a setup issue, which is why you need to get your site support group involved. There is nothing in Xpediter that would prevent you from debugging a program in a PROC. |

Posting "it didn't work" only wastes everyone's time.
If something does not work, and you would like someone to help, you need to post the specifics of the problem encountered. |
