Bind problem in promotion

Hi,
We are promoting an online program through Changeman. The standard method of binding followed here is to promote it in a particular region.
When we see the status of the promotion job, it gives the following message:
DSNT232I -D2DD SUCCESSFUL BIND FOR
PACKAGE = B1001D01G.IRIOFCOL.XXXXX.()

(I have commented out the program name)

However when I run the corresponding transaction through CICS, I get the following error:

SQL COMMUNICATION AREA:
SQLCABC = 136
SQLCODE = -805
SQLERRML = 048
SQLERRMC = 'B1001D01G..XXXXX.188E32D60CFC25B8,IRIF'

Any idea what might be wrong here?

is the cics newcopy a part of the promotion process?

Yes Dick,
And that is exactly the place where I am getting an RC of 4.

Never got this error earlier.

sorry, time to talk to your changeman support group if you can not resolve the RC4 on your own.

Dick,
Taking hint from your mentioning of NEWCOPY, I tried googling it and tried the following :
CECI RELEASE PROGRAM(progname)

Surprisingly it worked !!
