| Is it possible to run the CICS utility program DFHCSD and extract or list only the data I need: in this case only DSNAMES and their ACCESSES (browse, update, etc) from the CSD file? |

| DFHCSDUP (not DFHCSD) is the batch utility program. It does not allow you to extract anything below a group. So, it is not possible using DFHCSDUP to extract only the data set names. You could produce the output and then use a program to extract only what you want, but you cannot do it purely with the utility program. |
