Can I get the syntax for using DB2 table thru IMS DC?.
Is is possible to RUN IMS DC code or the scripts of IMS DC on I-Series (AS/400) as a part of migration from IMS DC (PL1) to AS/400 ? If yes does it support DB2 at back End in AS/400. |

Hi Friend
for connecting to DB2 though ims
The online environment can be used to access other types of database subsystems using the External Subsystem Attach facility (ESAF). ESAF permits applications running with IMS to obtain data from systems such as DB2.
i have some material..hope this will help u out
