Any idea What a stretch time in MVS means, In the STROBE report you can find this . It does not account for the CPU time , it does not account for the WAIT time for resources. I guess it should be the time required to wait for a processor, but I need to confirm with some one. Any help is appreciated.

I confirmed just now, what I had suspected is true.
