Format file with startool

I want to format a file with a copy using STARTOOL with a JCL but i can´t find any example or manual about it, can anybody give a hand on this?

Hello,

Use the forum SEARCH (in the blue line at near the top of the page and use keywork startool).

You might also try the vendor's site.
