| Although I have posted the query under IBM Tools, my query is regarding Serena Changeman (Could not find a place to put it). I would like to know, what are the common problems faced while using Serena Changeman for configuration Management. Is there a problem with Baselining? Is there a problem in getting version history? Anything in this regard would be helpful. |

Do you shop have Changeman or you question sounds you are looking to implement CM tool Changeman.
If you got it, please test it up. There are nothing like common problems in a tool. it depends on usage of people/ configuration setup etc..
I don't think there is problem in version retrieval, history in changeman |

| Thanks Srini for the input. We have the tool in the organization here, but for some reason a dump of the contents of the projects are always put to clearcase and no one is clear as to why it is done. My question was in terms of finding out if there are any issues why this needs to be done. |

Best option is contact changeman support team at your site.
don't know whether it is helpfull..but while raising clear case, both error messages ..repetations etc..can also ask to be noted of the users |
