Hi Mcmillan,
I faced this situation when i was replying to a topic posted named file-aid in the compuware tools section, as you can check it out that the post was submitted twice...
Iam not aware about what has gone wrong.
But i'm pretty sure that i submitted it just once.
Need clarifications.

It's happened, because of the session allocation problem. I have corrected it now and hope it will work fine.
