Copy the data from a spreadsheet

I have input data in a spreadsheet. Can someone tell me, how to copy to a PS.

It will be unreadable by the mainframe.
So save your spreadsheet in text (comma delimiter or not ), losing some attributes then transfer it to Mainframe.
