I have a requirement to export data from spreadsheet to mainframe dataset. Can you throw me some light on this ? I have done the reverse of it i.e export data from mainframe to spreadsheet in CSV format etc., but not sure as to how to achieve data import in mainframe.

do a Save As and select type .CSV and then upload to the Mainframe as TEXT.
