Hi,
there is a job which uses ADRDSSU to take the dump of many files into a tape file.
It has given out return code 008 because of which job has abended with U0008.
I would like to know under what circumstances this return code 8 will result while doing above operation.
Note : it is taking backup of many files. |

For anyone here to be able to help, you need to post the jcl, the control statements, and the diagnostic info created when the job abvended. |

All is explained in the JES output - SYSPRINT of that step. |
