No, You don't need to copy the contents in your system. But You may need some Hard Disk space to install the software products from CD Part I.

Ver 6.0 is completely redesigned from the ground up and we have used only 20% of the contents from ver 5.0 |

No, Its impossible to upload the entire 10 CDs to the server.
