Yes, I Think.... if you ask to Endevor Admin I think is possible with a restore of endevor's library.
I believe in storage admin.... |

If the above methods do not yield satisfactory results then...
there is a low level PDS dataset utility (freeware) that has an UNDELETE feature. This tool has been enhanced for the past 30 years, so it is an proven and tested free PDS utility. I have used it several times over the years without any problems.
Assuming you did not compress your dataset after member delete and your PDS is backed up (must do this), you will find the following tool helpful:

Please ask your System Programmer (at your Data Center) to install it for you (about 30 mins.)
