Hi Murali,

In some tools like passport pc-to-host or hummingbird we can copy a word by smply selecting the same (dragging the mouse over that word) without even hiting the ctrl+c key if we do the necessary change in settings by going to edit menu and then to option. But in PCOM I am not able to find such options to do the same.

So what might be the solution for that.

Regards,
Saikat

This is a Windows feature (as is ctrl+c), not an emulator feature.

Some of the 3270 emulator products to not support these Windows features.

There may be some info in Help. You might also send a query to PCOM support.

Hello,

This feature is not windows feature actually
Interesting. . . On all of the systems i have used it is. The application may respond differently to a mouse-over or a left-click/mouse-over, but that is still a feature supported by Windows.

From the lack of replies, i have to guess that PCOM will not do exactly what you want.

Have you made contact with PCOM support? They may have some kind of useful suggestion.

If so please update me with the corresponding URL.

IBM manuals are available for download with no cost. You can find the PCOMM manuals here (took me 5 seconds to find it with Google).
