Hi PalaVeerareddy,
For which tool you are asking about? If it is about Endevor, For foreground retrieval we dont need to create the SCL for submission. Directly we can retrieve. But if the retrieval is thru background we need to create the SCL for submission. But the beauty of background retrieval is, we can retrieve many elements with just one submission.
