What to Learn to work on Assembler for corporates

Dear McMillan & Somsundaran

Kindly explain me the way i should start learning High Level Assembler(The syllabus to learn, to work on Assembler for corporates).

Note: I should learn Assembler from scratch.... but i know cobol, jcl, vsam, cics & db2.

To learn BAL at home in conjuction with other materials on this forum, please download freware emulator below (it may or may not be posted some where in this forum):

PC-370 IBM Mainframe Assembler Emulator by Don Higgins It does common Macros (like DCBs) and Key based fileio etc.. It is an upgrade to file PC/370 v3.2 (DOS BASED MAINFRAME SIMULATOR PC-370.zip). This is PC/370 Release v4.2 and is a complete DOS emulated package: www.jaymoseley.com/programming/download/pc370v42.zip
