Churchill India, formed in 1996, is a wholly owned subsidiary of the RBS Group and provides IT Services to RBS Group Technology in areas of group platform systems, business unit integration, core financial systems, risk management and insurance. Churchill India's 2005 plans focus on a multi-technology, multi-domain services portfolio in order to meet the business challenges of the RBS Group companies. In the current context, the focus is on enhancing its IBM Mainframe practice and delivery capability. We are looking for high calibre people with an extreme desire to succeed in the following roles:

Project Managers (Code: PM/2005)

9+ years of experience predominantly in IBM Mainframe project leading/management and overseas assignments.
Proven track record in offshore delivery of business critical systems.
Must have had lifecycle experience in the IBM Mainframe environment.
Ability to manage distributed development teams and diverse user-groups.
Ability to lead international teams will be an added advantage.

Project Leaders (Code: PL/2005)

7-9 years of experience predominantly in leading IBM Mainframe projects and overseas assignments.
Proven track record in offshore delivery
Ability to facilitate distributed development and manage virtual teams. Analysts/ Sr. Analysts (Code: ANA/2005)
4-6 years of experience predominantly in analysis and design role in addition to development experience on IBM Mainframe platform.
Proven track record in requirement analysis, design and testing.

Developers/ Lead Developers (Code: DEV/2005)

1-5 years of development experience on IBM Mainframe platform
Proven component design and development experience in multi-sized projects.

All roles call for:

Implementation of formal quality systems as relevant to the specified roles
International travel
