Hi All,

1. Is it possible to over-ride DCB parameters for a GDG?

2. organization is indexed,access mode is sequential,is it possible to append the values for the first time

You can change DCB info from one generation to the next when createing a NEW generation. If you try to concatenate them later you may have a problem.

To my best recollection VSAM files cannot be specified as a GDG.

I don't know what you meant by:
