Unable to open sequential ds in edit mode

Hi All,

I am unable to open a sequential VB DS in edit mode.
When I try to do it ISPF says "browse subtituted"
It shows no contention

Too big for the space allocated to your seesion. Close applications or ask for more space - if allowed
