Explain the reasons for FOC553 abend

Could any one explain the reasons for FOC553 abend?

FOC553 - computation expression too large .... chk ur define or set or compute stmts ...split the computational expression into parts ////

Thanks for the response. yest it is computation error. but how can we split the computation expression in to two parts?

can u please explain me in detail.....

below is the expression where i got error

REPRICE2 (COMPUTE INPART=EDIT(D.PART_NUMBER,'999999999'); PRICE =DECODE INPART( INPUT ELSE '-1');)

here the problem is with decode statement which is not able to accept large data from input.

can u provide solution for this
