Hi evryone ,
I am newbie in mainframes. i just wanted to know whether companies like IBM,TCS etc really take freshers( 0 yrs experience). And if they do , how ? . Do they conduct aptitude tests or do they check for mainframe knowledge?. Im a BE . will my choosing a good training institute matter? .And if so which one should i select to get into companies like these.

Harish,
When you are entering as a fresher companies do not interview you on mainframes, So attending mainframe classes might increase your chances but its not required. you need to have good Presentation/communication skills, Aptittude and reasoning.
Most of the companies recruit fresher on these skills. |
