Cross Reference Data sets in File-Aid

Hi,
Could any body tell me about Cross Reference Data sets in File-Aid.
for example, we want to view a data set in different layouts.
we can write the layouts in a Cross Reference Data set and if we open it,
it shows the file in different layouts.

hi,

This could be acheived by using XREF which is the option 7 in the fileaid
