XREF and RACF?

Whats the difference btwn XREF and RACF?

RACF is a product for security in MVS.

XREF is shortcut for "Cross-Refrence" - and it can be anything, like procuts to XREF cobol entities relations, document describing relations between jobs and procedures, home-written applications etc.
