Can someone advise me on the difference of using DATACLAS= DCTCOM (or) DCTCOMP and DATACLAS= DCCCOM (or) DCCCOMP in JCLs ?

SMS data classes are specific to each site. Only your site support group can tell you precisely how they are defined and the differences between any two of them.
