Getting APCT when i throw the new map

Hi

i design new map and compiled through change man, it was sucessful and i promote the map in changeman also for particular cicsregion.

after that i am giving newc and member name it is saying newcopy successful then i am giving ceci send map(RIO901m) MAPSET(RIO901s)
i am getting APCT,can anybody help me on this.

An attempt to load a mapset or partitionset failed because although the program is defined to CICS
* It is not available on the RPL, or
* It is disabled, or
* It cannot be autoinstalled.

Is the PPT entry disabled?
