Hi,
Can anyone out there please tell me how the below will work?
ET1D01 FMT
DEV TYPE=(3270,2),FEAT=IGNORE,SYSMSG=SYSMS,
PFK=(PFKTEXT,10='/FORMAT ET1E01U1')
DIV TYPE=INOUT
, where ET1E01U1 is a MOD name of an MFS screen. I am expecting the FORMAT command to be executed and the ET1E01U1 screen to be thrown. Will this happen or do I have handle this in the program?
Please help me out.
Thanks, |

Hi,
I dont think this needs to be handled by the program. The MFS takes care of switching between the screens.
In this case, on pressing PF10, ET1E01U1 screen will be thrown.
For switching between screens, it is not required, but in case you want to accept, pressing of any PFKEY as user input to do any kind of processing, you will have to use your application program to do so. |

Hi Gautam,
But the MFS is not switching to the screen (mod name) given in the format command.
Thanks,
Nithya. |
