CEM is the "copy empty member" parameter. The default is NO, so the parameter is unnecessary. CEM=NO says "do not copy empty members".

RLM is the "replace like members" parameter. The default is YES, so the parameter is unnecessary. RLM=YES tell the program to replace like member when performing the PDS copy.
