Concatenating 4 files 2 VB and 2 FB.

Hi,

I have 4 input files from which 2 files are FB and 2 Vb and have to be concatinated to Vb. Is there any utility thru which I can concat that to a VB.

What do you want to do with these concatenated files? Are you trying to create an output data set of some kind (FB? VB?) or do something else? If you tell us what exactly you're trying to do and the RECFM and LRECL of each file, then we can help you do it.

you can use DFSORT to convert FB to VB or VB to FB vice-e-versa and use them for simple concatenation(copy into one file).

Thanks for the suggestion I have done.

Frank I needed that file as input to other program. The Lrecl of the files are same.
