Update in the sense that we need to change the specified fields in a particular record of given key of the VSAM file. |

I think yes, you can do that by DFSORT. If OK, you'll have to mention a sample piece of I/p record along with expected O/p.
I think it wont be a bad idea to move this post to DFSORT Forum.
