RACHECK failed

I am trying to move data sets from one volume to another using PGM=ADRDSSU.I am getting an error called RACHECK failed for some data sets.Can anyone tell me how to get through this problem,and allow me moving those data sets?

Moving data sets from one volume to another means the dataset is deleted from the original volume and allocated on the new volume.

This means you need to have RACF ALTER authorization for all those data sets you are moving.

I have got the alter access to the data set, but it stil gives the same error, is there any other way, where I can get these solved.

Actually I am facing a lot of other problems too, in moving datasets from one volume to another:

1) missing NVR
2) it says not processed - without any reason
3) duplicate name - it is confusing here - i find one entry is catalgoued and another is not,
4) IGD3081 - racheck failed - with return code 10 and reason code 1c. there is no proper documentation anywhere for these codes.

Also can anyone tell me,where to find answers to such FAQs?

Please do help, and also the faster the better, I am having a deadline to finish all these, and I have to do it faster.
