Hi Pjnithin,
I dont think you can run DB2 queries using Syncsort. There are Cobol DB2 utilities whicha re configuration specific I believe by which we can do the same. Please let us know, if by any other means this is achieved.

There's something abt what I have said in this site:

Bascially they are using some features of syncsort to get the output of a query to sort in a particular order rather than having the DB2 do that which usually takes more time.
