Position Summary-
-----------------
The software engineer is responsible for the participant and
financial data conversions of low to medium complexity new defined
contribution plans to FIRSCo (Core Market) and FHRS and division
acquisitions for existing clients. This process includes the
development/modification of SAS programs to convert data to the
Fidelity Participant Recordkeeping System (FPRS), and the
verification of the data to backup from prior record keepers.
Primary Responsibilities-
------------------------
Identify, communicate and resolve participant and financial data
errors.
Create/modify SAS programs to convert all data elements listed in the
Conversion Strategy.
Audit output data to backup in total and at a participant level.
Produce financial data reports and all corresponding exception
reports.
Consistently meets/exceeds departmental deliverable standards.

Internal: Data Lead (LPS), Implementation Project Manager (Core
Market), Data Conversion Consultant (Core Market), Conversion
Analyst, Systems Analyst (LPS), and Development Directors

Strong working knowledge of TSO and SAS

Ability to multi-task and to effectively manage more than one project

Education-

Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
Professional Experience-
